POSITION SUMMARY

The selected consultant will produce high-quality video and photographic assets that visually articulate the “Dividend of Dignity.” The Narrative Goal: We are moving away from the “emergency aid” aesthetic. We are documenting a functioning utility service. The imagery must show that when water is affordable and reliable, it unlocks economic potential and restores dignity. The people of Badhan should be portrayed as active customers and partners, not passive beneficiaries.
