ADESO WORKS ALONGSIDE AFRICAN COMMUNITIES TO CHANGE THE STORY IN AND ABOUT AFRICA and TO CREATE A FUTURE SHAPED BY AFRICAN VALUES, POWERED BY THE PEOPLE’S RESOURCEFULNESS, AND BUILT ON THEIR OWN CAPACITIES.

As we expanded our work to serve communities outside of the Horn of Africa, we opened our office in South Sudan’s Northern Bahr el Ghazal State in 2011, to empower
returnees and host communities to rebuild their livelihoods, and provide them with humaniatrian support. Our current projects in South Sudan include the distribution of crop kits through Input Trade Fairs (ITF), provision of Farmer Field School activities, and distribution of livelihood kits to support households in Aweil Counties of Northern Bahr el Ghazal state
